That is MASSIVE.
Spending time with the people you love isn't a luxury - it's a necessity.
Who haven't you seen for a while? Make it happen - life isn't meant to be all work work work. (I say this as a reminder to myself too. I've definitely prioritised work lately, and I've felt something has been missing.)
