Telephone Listening
It is official - telephone listening with Ruth Nadia will be available at an introductory price of £10 for 45 minutes for the first 5 clients to sign up.
The sessions will be similar to the start of a massage session, where you have the space to talk about how you are and what you would like. It's 45 uninterrupted minutes dedicated to you.
Please spread the word, and get in touch, especially if you wouldn't normally be able to get to Ruth Nadia for a massage.

Covid-19 UPDATE:
Ruth Nadia is no longer massaging. She is offering telephone listening throughout the pandemic instead.
Due to the highly infectious nature of Coronavirus (Covid-19), Ruth Nadia will cease massaging until it safe to be physically close again. This may be a long time, but people's lives and their health come first.
However, she is now offering telephone listening. If you would like a chance to speak your truth and to be heard, in a non-judgemental, confidential, supportive manner, please get in touch to book.
Do stay socially connected, not isolated, and reach out if you feel alone.
